Welcome to 'Yoga 4 Heart  n Soul'  - a registered, independent yoga company providing high quality, safe and heart felt yoga instruction in Vancouver BC. Pamela's Hatha Yoga Classes will take you on a journey to a flow of  classic yoga poses (asanas) that will challenge, increase flexibility, tone, strengthen and detoxify your body, while releasing stress and tension through proper breath work and meditation. Hatha Yoga is done at a slower pace which is great for bringing balance to mind, body and heart, unburdening the nervous system from everyday stress & creating a healthier, stronger, more radiant self.
