ABOUT PAMELA


E-RYT 200, certified in Hatha, Yin and Kids Yoga. Pamela teaches yoga from her heart & believes anyone regardless of age, experience or physical ability can benefit from the amazing transformation that comes with regular practice. Since 2000, her own yoga path has been a place of immense healing and inner peace, guiding her to become a certified yoga instructor. Pamela strives to create a safe, comfortable space where you can let go of your everyday stress to balance body, mind and heart. Through breath, meditation and posture work, Pamela will  take you on a journey to self discovery, help you re-connect with your true inner self, bringing back balance into your daily life and creating a healthier, stronger, more radiant self.

Pamela did her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Shakti Mhi which includes: Core Hatha Yoga, Asanas (poses), Alignment, Anatomy, Safety, Yoga Philosophy, Pranayama (breath control), Meditation, Practical Teaching, Teaching Method, Lifestyle and Communication.  Pamela has also completed Yin Yoga teacher training with Bernie Clark and her Kids Yoga teacher training with Maalaa. Pamela has also done workshops with: Judith Lasater, Sadie Nardini, Janet Stone, Max Strom, Mark Whitwell and Rolf Gates. Pamela strongly believes in on-going study, practicing yoga regularly and is inspired in local classes by her favorite yogis and yoginis. Pamela has also been teaching Latin Dance since 2003 and can shimmy and shake her hips like no other! She also enjoys the outdoors, traveling, photography, reading and is a huge movie buff!
